RuinLight publishes AI-generated fiction and artwork shaped through human direction, editing, and final approval. We say that plainly.
When AI systems create published prose, images, or other content, we call it AI-generated. We do not relabel it as merely “AI-assisted” to make the process sound softer.
Human direction, editing, selection, revision, and final approval shape the work. That does not make AI-generated content less AI-generated.
The process is iterative. We generate, critique, revise, reject, rebuild, and keep going until the work is good enough to publish.
You do not have to like AI-generated publishing. You do deserve an honest description of how our books are made. After that, the work has to stand on its own.
